Access Property Management Supports IREM Event

Access Property Management’s Roseanne Long, along with fellow Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) members Mary Grill and Amir Gilani organized an evening at YESTERcades for IREM New Jersey Chapter No. 1 members and friends on Thursday, January 26. Attendees enjoyed a trip down memory lane with old time arcade games and pinball following a brief welcome and presentation from Chapter Leaders.

The Speakers

Dan Cronheim, CPM, IREM NJ Chapter No 1 President, kicked off the evening by recognizing the excellence that the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification demonstrates. This certification reflects the importance of education in the industry. He also stated that those who have achieved this designation are reliable, knowledgeable, and ethical practitioners. Eileen Wirth, CPM, IREM NJ Chapter No. 1 past President, commented on the valuable network of associates available to IREM members. Mary Grill, CPM, ARM, IREM NJ Chapter No. 1 Treasurer continued by speaking about her own experience. She has attained a high level of expertise from her continuing participation in education and growth in her career as a member.

Access Property Management’s Roseanne Long spoke directly to current ARM level members about the value of continuing education to achieve the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Roseanne explained that the path to get to the CPM includes several years of experience along with completing an extensive amount of coursework. She continued on to say that these courses directly contribute to her success as a property manager.

Thanks to the Organizers

Scott Dalley, CPM, past president of IREM NJ Chapter No. 1, COO and Executive Vice President of Access Property Management was also able to attend the event. Scott commented, “Roseanne, Mary and Amir did a fantastic job of planning, organizing, and executing this event.  As each of the speakers alluded to in their remarks, IREM is the premier organization for property managers of all disciplines; it has no peer.  The camaraderie and professionalism of its members, which were clearly on display at this event are truly unique in this industry.  IREM is known for the quality and excellence of its events and this was certainly no exception.”
