Access Property Management recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management
APM earned the Accredited Management Organization designation and Senior Vice President Scott Dalley was named Certified Property Manager of the Year.
FLEMINGTON, N.J., November 4, 2008 – Access Property Management (APM), a Flemington, New Jersey based property management company serving approximately 100 communities throughout New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania recently earned the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Scott Dalley, APM’s executive Certified
Property Manager (CPM) and senior vice president, was recognized as IREM-NJ Chapter No. 1’s CPM of the Year.
Recognizing excellence among real estate management firms, the AMO designation is earned by firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience, and financial stability. The designation also requires that a company have a CPM in an executive position. In the case of APM, Scott Dalley fulfills this role and was recognized for his expertise and knowledge in this industry.
CPM requirements include industry-specific continued education, adherence to a code of ethics set forth by IREM, both a rigorous written and practical examination, and at least one year of candidacy for the position.
