APM Announces Area Staff Changes Access Property Management brings new regional vice president to Oakhurst; new regional manager to Edison.

FLEMINGTON, N.J., May 15, 2008 – Access Property Management (APM), a Flemington, New Jersey-based property management company serving approximately 95 communities throughout the state, recently added two new members to its growing management team. Pat Boyce joined APM in late 2007 as regional vice president for the company’s Oakhurst office. She brings more than 18 years of experience to the organization, including management of commercial, apartment, homeowner association, condominium, high-rise, and active adult properties. In her new position Boyce oversees the day-to-day operations of the Oakhurst office, including four community association managers serving a total of 20 associations located in an area that reaches from Union to Ocean Counties. She also manages three properties.

Boyce holds several Community Association Institute (CAI) designations, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community

Association Manager (PCAM). She is currently a member of the New Jersey chapter of the CAI and secretary of the New Jersey chapter of the Manufactured Homeowners Association.

Christopher Nicosia joined APM during first quarter 2008 as regional manager for the company’s Edison office. He brings more than five years of experience to the organization including management of several properties located throughout New Jersey including homeowner associations, condominiums, and high-rises. In his new position, Nicosia, in addition to managing five communities, oversees three community association managers serving a total of 10 communities throughout Somerset, Union, Middlesex, and Essex Counties.
