Area Staff Changes Announced Access Property Management names new vice president and regional vice president.

FLEMINGTON, N.J., December 5, 2007 – Access Property Management (APM), a Flemington, New Jersey-based property management company serving approximately 95 communities throughout New Jersey, today announced the promotion of two employees.

Denise Lindsey, who joined APM in 2004 as regional vice president of its Edison, New Jersey office, was recently promoted to the position of company vice president where she will oversee the property management function for the eastern New Jersey market. Lindsey holds several Community Association Institute (CAI) designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). She has also participated in the CAI Conference and Expo as a guest speaker, addressing topics such as building maintenance programs and meeting the changing needs of established communities. On a local level, Lindsey serves as the chairperson of the Education Committee of the New Jersey CAI and is an active volunteer and participant in the organization’s events. Tracy Blair, who joined APM in 2002 and developed a background in both onsite and portfolio community management, was promoted to the position of the regional vice president of the Flemington office and will direct 13 of APM’s Flemington-based property managers for communities throughout Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Counties in New Jersey. As one of two regional vice presidents at APM, Blair works closely with client board members and assists in resolving any situations that may arise. She also coordinates the training and mentoring of new community managers. Having started with APM in 2002, she holds the CMCA and AMS designations from the CAI and is currently working Access Property Management Promotions towards the PCAM designation. Blair serves as a member of the Membership Committee of the New

Jersey CAI.
