APM Celebrates 30 Years by Giving Back

Founded in 1989 by Wayde Scheffer, Access Property Management (APM) offers high quality and knowledgeable property management services to communities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. APM embraces the philosophy that not only does each board and every community have specific needs, but so do the members of those communities.

As APM celebrates 30 years in business, we are excited to launch our Families First Initiative! While we work hard to maintain our associations, we strive to be a part of the larger community and give back to help families in need. We are partnering with the members of the communities we manage to support local food banks and pantries with both time and donations.

Recently, our employees banded together to volunteer at the Flemington Food Pantry. During our day there, employees helped staff unload trucks, sort pallets of food, and stock shelves. In addition to donating our time, we collected over 100 pounds of  non-perishable food products, toiletries, and other goods from our employees and community members to donate.

This is the first of several of our volunteer days scheduled this year in support of the local food banks and pantries throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

We hope that you check back often to see what we’re up to and where we’ve been.
