Leadership Spotlight: Wayde Scheffer, President

At Access Property Management, our entire team is dedicated to continuing education, awareness of best practices, and improvement in local communities. Featured in this leadership spotlight: Wayde Scheffer, President and Founder of Access Property Management.

Prior to founding Access, Scheffer was a vice president in United National Bank, and he also served as the president of his condominium association, overseeing 418 units. While president of this association, he searched to find a property management company that could create a specific plan to meet the association’s needs and budget concerns. After a long and unsuccessful search, he decided to form his own property management firm.

Today Wayde Scheffer is both the president and CEO of Access Property Management, a firm that prides itself on finding customized solutions for homeowner associations throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. His vision remains the same since the company’s founding: to deliver a personalized property management experience to reflect the individual needs of each community.

Scheffer’s leadership has contributed to APM’s success through his and his property managers’ ongoing commitment to education, with a focus on  programs sponsored by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He’s also helped Access achieve membership as an Accredited Association Management Company and as an Accredited Management Organization.

Scheffer has earned a Master’s in Business from Lehigh University, along with numerous recognitions from CAI designations, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Wayde is a former member of the Supreme Court for the State of New Jersey Ethics Committee, and he assists underprivileged children through the Dombal Vogel Foundation.

We’re proud to feature our Founder and CEO in our leadership spotlight: Wayde Scheffer, President of Access Property Management. Wayde Scheffer’s commitment, leadership and integrity has helped us to change homeowner communities throughout the region for the better.
